    A:  Most likely the file download got interrupted.  Common causes for the scene downloads interruptions are:  Power failures, temporary disconnect from your ISP, etc.  In that case you need to download the file again, please remember that scene downloads are free, tokens are not consumed or used by downloading a video but by redeeming licenses.  In the event that you already used a license and receive the error message above just delete the video file and download the scene again.   You will not have to use additional tokens to view the new downloaded file since the license already resides in your PC.

    12)  Can I place my movie downloads on my Ipod/Iphone/Ipad/PSP/mobile device?

    A: Unfortunately our DRM system is not compatible with portable devices. You can copy the WMV to any portable device or DVD, however you will still need the licenses and such files will then only play on the original computer with Windows OS where you first played them.     13) Can I burn DVD’s with the movies?

    You can burn the WMV's to a DVD, however those WMV will still be protected and you will only be available to watch them on the computer where you purchased the licenses.
