Now if you choose to Rent the scene, you can watch the movie on your PC for 30 days, after that the movie will not longer work. Please bear in mind that the licenses are issued only for the computer you downloaded the video to if you try to play the movie on another computer , the files won't play unless you acquire additional tokens. Likewise if you burn a CD or DVD and try to play it on another PC it won't play unless you acquire additional tokens.

 A: Follow these simple steps:
- Select the scene you want to purchase and download.
- Select if you want to Own this scene or Rent this scene (If available) for a month.
- Pick one of the available servers (Rapidshare, or one of our servers)
- Depending your server choice, follow the steps described below:

A: Most likely the file download got interrupted. Common causes for the scene downloads interruptions are: Power failures, temporary disconnect from your ISP, etc. In that case you need to download the file again, please remember that scene downloads are free, tokens are not consumed or used by downloading a video but by redeeming licenses. In the event that you already used a license and receive the error message above just delete the video file and download the scene again. You will not have to use additional tokens to view the new downloaded file since the license already resides in your PC.
12) Can I place my movie downloads on my Ipod/Iphone/Ipad/PSP/mobile device?
A: Unfortunately our DRM system is not compatible with portable devices. You can copy the WMV to any portable device or DVD, however you will still need the licenses and such files will then only play on the original computer with Windows OS where you first played them. 13) Can I burn DVD’s with the movies?
You can burn the WMV's to a DVD, however those WMV will still be protected and you will only be available to watch them on the computer where you purchased the licenses. If you want to use them on any other computer, you will need to purchase the licenses again. Normal DVD Players will not play our PPV movies.
14) I have a MAC, how do I download movies?
A: Unfortunately Mac computers are not compatible with our DRM system at this time, unless you have a MAC that has a Windows based operative system. If you own a Mac and want to watch our videos, please check our Members Lounge section where you can watch our entire video collection.
15) Can I recover my licenses if my computer crashes?

We ship using USPS priority mail in the USA and its territories. It usually takes three days for an order to arrive to any part of the country. We ship from Los Angeles, CA. We use a priority mail international service for orders overseas. The videos are shipped on a plain box with the label for our processor " Gold Access".
